1. One-to-One Live Yoga Sessions:
Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund or you can choose to reschedule the session without any additional charges.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel a session less than 24 hours before its scheduled time, you will be charged for the full session, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Packages:
Unused Sessions: If you’ve purchased a package and decide you no longer wish to continue before using any of the sessions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Partially Used Packages: If you’ve begun using your package but decide not to continue, you’ll be refunded the prorated amount for the unused sessions, minus a 10% processing fee. This refund request must be made within 30 days of the package purchase.

3. Technical Issues:
If a session is disrupted or cannot take place due to technical issues on our end, you’ll have the option to reschedule the session at no extra charge or request a full refund.

4. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exceptions:
